Ktima Kir-Yianni — Ramnista 2006

The 2006 Ramnista from Kir-Yianni unfortunately failed to demonstrate Xinomavro's much-celebrated aging potential at a systematic Xinomavro tasting. The tannins were beautifully fine, but it had simply lost too much of its primary fruit already. Once again, no luck with Ramnista – it was as if the wine were cursed. A very disappointing 86 points.
