La Tour Melas Silphium 2021 is a rosé dominated by 60% Fokiano with 30% Grenache, 5% Aspro Potamisi, and 5% Monemvasia — produced through vertical pressing, with Fokiano, Monemvasia, and Aspro Potamisi co-fermented in ceramic, and aging on the lees for 5 months (10% in barrels, 90% in ceramic). Complex and lingering. At 93+ points, the clear standout of the La Tour Melas rosé range.
