Ktima Biblia Chora — Ovilos White 2022

The Ovilos White 2022 from Ktima Biblia Chora is an amazing wine. A 50/50 blend of Assyrtiko and Sémillon from the Pangeon region in Macedonia, it can compete with the best white wines of Graves — no small claim for a Greek white. What I love about this vintage is that it already shines beautifully; you can enjoy it right away without needing years of cellaring. At 95+ points, this is one of the finest Greek whites I've tasted.
