Ktima Biblia Chora – Ovilos White 2020

The 2020 Ovilos White from Ktima Biblia Chora, a 50/50 blend of Sémillon and Assyrtiko from the Pangeon region in Macedonia, is a great wine, with much more complex aromas than the Château Malartic-Lagravière Blanc 2016 (Pessac-Léognan) we had for comparison. But it was still a bit young, and I think I've had stronger vintages before. At 93+ points, it shows clear upward potential and should reward further cellaring.
