Jima Winery — Miss De Bina 2021

One of the best Greek white wines of recent years. This Day 10 — because every wine from Jima Winery is unique — shows a subtle yet not restrained aromatic profile on the nose. Stone fruit like green apple, but also a hint of the exotic. On the palate, the wine stands out with its magnificent structure. 13.5% alcohol is superbly integrated. The acidity makes the wine dance and keeps you coming back for more. On top of that, there's a remarkably present layer from 8 months of lees aging that lends the wine a creamy texture without it ever coming across as too fat. Very long finish. 95 points.
