Cavino — Atelier Cabernet Sauvignon 1991

The red Atelier from Cavino, 1991 vintage, was tasted as part of a varietal Cabernet Sauvignon tasting at the end of October 2022. Compared to the 1997, it already shows noticeably more brown reflexes. On the nose, it's less heavy, primarily reminiscent of raisins. On the palate, it surprises with remarkable freshness, but remains rather one-dimensional. Still, an interesting 73 points.
