This wine opened an ambitious Chardonnay tasting that included international heavyweights such as the Wehlener Klosterberg Selektion Schalenkontakt by Markus Molitor, the Plagios White 2020 from Ktima Biblia Chora, the new premium Chardonnay "Stella" from Ktima Katsarou, and the Puligny-Montrachet Premier Cru Les Referts 2020 from Les Héritiers Saint-Genys. In that formidable company, the Valmur stood tall with its distinct minerality, earning 93 points from us. Though, we understand why some critics rate it even higher!
