Tsililis Terres Edenia Fuxia 2021 is a rosé blend of 70% Limniona and 30% Syrah from PGI Meteora. The wine undergoes 8 hours of maceration, with separate fermentation in stainless steel, followed by 2 months of maturation on the lees. On the nose and palate, it delivers an enchanting strawberry-cream-drops flavor with a hint of lime for freshness, while a touch of smoky aromas from the Syrah adds welcome depth. This is a sensational wine that will make people talk — it's not just a summer party drink; it's a genuine conversation starter. Tasted alongside the Domaine Zafeirakis Limniona Rosé 2022 (PGI Tirnavos), which scored an excellent 92 points, the Fuxia takes the Limniona grape's rosé potential even further with its greater complexity and captivating character. Together, these two wines underscore the exquisite versatility and depth of Limniona in rosé form — from the balanced elegance of Zafeirakis to the more complex and layered Fuxia. A magnificent wine that earns 94 points, standing out with its remarkable depth and vibrancy. At the time of tasting, Tsililis Terres wines were not yet widely available in Germany, though hopefully that will change soon.
