In terms of acidity, it's a touch above the wine from Panagiotopoulos Wines — though that one gains momentum over time, whereas this one shows less development. Aromatically, this wine also leans floral, though think more dried flowers here. Some perceive the finish as slightly bitter. A very good 85 points.
