Siflogo Winery — Brousko 2019

Skin contact of six days. What a difference that makes. Dark colour. Sandalwood in the nose. Reminds me a bit of Biblinos from Biblia Chora, also from an old grape variety. On the palate, tannins dominate. Perfect for a good steak. Long aftertaste. Deserves excellent 90 points. Would have been even higher if the wine had resisted time as well as the Keropatis, but after a couple of days there were some off tones. Would be very interesting to taste this in more mature form. Still, a clear recommendation for those who want to get to know this variety from Lefkada.
