Nemea Winery – Mantinia 2021

Presented as part of a Moschofilero tasting, this PDO Mantinia was introduced as an uncomplicated entry-level wine. On the nose, it clearly showcases the fruity spectrum of Moschofilero – apricot in particular pushes to the fore. Good acidity and slightly soft tannins make themselves felt. Even Riesling drinkers could find something to enjoy here. The finish is medium-length, though not particularly complex. A very good 88 points.
