The Aromatica 2021 from Domaine Menexes (PGI Crete) is a blend of Vilana and Malvasia di Candia Aromatica – the same composition as the considerably weaker Codex from Zacharioudakis, but an entirely different result. The Aromatica impresses with gorgeous texture and a fascinating evolution of flavors on the palate. An excellent 92 points!
