Liepouris Winery — Malagousia 2023

A really nice Malagousia from Liepouris Winery in Attika, tasted as part of the first wave of 2023 vintage white wines. Entry-level, but incredible value for the money at less than 10 euros. It has pronounced aromatics, right on the edge between floral and fruity expressions. The passion fruit really makes an impression. With good acidity, it's a very round wine that might plunge German lovers of Müller-Thurgau into an existential crisis over their wine choices. A well-deserved 89+ points.
