La Tour Melas Nautilus "Drink Pink" 2021 is a rosé blend of 30% Agiorgitiko, 30% Syrah, 30% Grenache Noir, and 10% Savvatiano, produced through bleeding, skin-contact maceration, or direct pressing, with cold fermentation over 13 to 20 days and aging on fine lees for 4 months. In one word: caramel! At 90 points, this is the entry-level wine in the La Tour Melas rosé range, but already a step above most Greek rosés.
