Ktima Pavlidis's Emphasis Tempranillo 2019 is a single-vineyard wine from vineyards on Mount Menoikio in the Drama region of northern Greece. Made from 100% Tempranillo and clocking in at a hefty 15% alcohol, it brings blueberry and floral notes on the nose with a hint of smoke. Oak-aged for 14 months, it has smooth, rounded tannins and a finish that lingers nicely. A well-crafted expression of Tempranillo from Greek Macedonia that earns 91-92 points.
