The Jima Winery Odyssey (Day Twelve) 2021 is a Bordeaux-inspired red from Epirus, blending 85% Merlot with 15% Cabernet Franc at 13.4% alcohol. Classified as a varietal wine (Ποικιλιακός Οίνος) without a protected designation of origin, it's much more fruit-driven than the winery's other offerings, with rounder, more approachable tannins. That said, the aftertaste is less impressive — it doesn't linger or develop the way you'd hope. At 90+ points, it's a solid wine with upward potential, though the finish keeps it from truly excelling.
