Jima Winery — Liberté 2021

The Liberté – Day Nine 2021 from Jima Winery is a Merlot rosé with a highly complex nose that includes, among other things, candied citrus peel. On the palate, the lees aging makes its presence felt. The finish is long, if not excessively so. The texture, however, is superb, and the 14% alcohol is beautifully integrated. Like the others, this rosé is more of a food wine. 92 points.
