Fteri Vinum Winery – Aithonas 2020

This Moschofilero from PGI Arcadia, the broader area surrounding PDO Mantinia, is initially quite restrained on the nose, but as the aromas assert themselves, they clearly commit to the floral character of Moschofilero. At a year and a half of age, it's drinking optimally right now and leaves little to be desired in any direction. The only slight weakness is the mid-palate, which isn't as strong as the finish might lead you to expect. A very solid wine that deserves a very good 84 points.
