The Sophia Chardonnay-Vidiano 2019 from the Cretan Efrosini Winery is a more internationally styled cuvée, with Chardonnay dominating at 60% – and you can taste it. After six months in French oak, the wine presents itself buttery on the palate, a treat for lovers of full-bodied whites. That said, some complexity is lost along the way. A very good 89 points.
