Domaine Paliomylos — Themonies 2019

The θεμωνιές from Domaine Paliomylos takes the impression of a sweeter, riper style to the extreme — not least because this wine comes in a 0.5-litre bottle. Picking out the nutty aromas is no great feat here. The fruit, on the other hand, naturally takes a bit of a back seat. An excellent 90 points, though this is a wine you shouldn't hold on to any longer.
