Domaine Paliomylos – Alatsaria 2019

The Alatsaria 2019 from Domaine Paliomylos is characterized by a rather oxidative style – a completely different approach compared to the previously tasted Chardonnays from Melidou and Zafeirakis. The nose already shows pronounced dried fruit aromas, especially candied pineapple. On the palate, however, the wine remains remarkably long-lived even over several days. It's carried by an acidity that makes itself heard again even after the aromas have faded. An excellent 89 points.
