The house wine. Especially after some time in the glass, the international grape variety reveals itself: Sauvignon Blanc, at 40%, is quite dominant with exotic fruits. Nicely rounded out by Malagousia (40%) and Robola (20%) — though we usually know Malagousia from blends with Assyrtiko, here it appears in a different combination. Overall, this leans more towards fish pairings. Personally, I prefer blends with Assyrtiko, which brings more acidity. 89 points.
