The Diamantopetra Vidiano-Assyrtiko 2021 from Diamantakis Winery demonstrates just how well the combination of Assyrtiko and Vidiano in equal parts can work. At 13.0% alcohol, what stands out here – unlike the single-varietal Vidiano from the same winery – is the beautifully balanced acidity structure.
