The 2021 standard Rosé from Aidarini offers a different expression than the SI-LA-VIE Gris de Noir from the same estate in a comprehensive Xinomavro exploration, with bold, ripe strawberry notes on both nose and palate. Despite its deep color, it lacks some extract to support its structure. That said, the wine remains approachable and convincing overall. 88 points.
